ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE: REDEMPTION
Post-apocalyptic zombie adventure
In a world where zombies outnumber humans 10,000 to 1, it can be impossible to tell the difference between the men and the monsters.
Synopsis:
At the end of civilization, zombies greatly outnumber people, and every day is a fight to see tomorrow. Just when he is about to give up that fight, rugged wanderer John Knox (Johnny Gel) is saved by a ragtag group of survivors led by a man named Moses (Fred Williamson). After getting over initial suspicion from his rescuers, Knox proves his worth and slips into this new family in the wasteland.
A war party of maniacal raiders assaults the camp, killing or kidnapping everybody in sight, including Sarah– Knox's love interest. It's up to Knox and the few who escaped the attack to gather what resources they can (including zombies!) and launch an all-or-nothing rescue mission on the raiders' home fortress.
The spritiual sequel to director Ryan Thompson's Zombie Apocalypse, ZA:R is lightyears ahead of the original. A rock solid cast featuring cult movie legend Fred Williamson brings the "Mad Max with zombies" universe to life while Steve Longworth's epic electro-rock score and Thompson's classic cinematography adrenaline-pumping action make you feel like you're watching a movie straight from the 70's or 80's.
